Phlegm New Mural In London, UK

After a quick stop by Chichester (covered), Phlegm is back in South London where he just completed this new piece for the Baroque The Streets Festival.
Artists involved used pictures from the permanent collection at the gallery as a source of inspiration. Phlegm was drawn to a detail in ‘The Triumph Of David‘ by Poussin.
