Iran-based stencil artists, Icy and Sot spent the last few days working on this large piece on the streets of Williamsburg, New York City.
Icy and Sot work often has varying themes of peace, poverty, children, war, and dreams of youth with a pinch of skateboard culture and constantly “remind us that art has always been a mode of resistance, and graffiti has always been a political gesture.”
If you stop by Brooklyn, you’ll be able to find this one on South 6 by the bridge.
Check back with us soon for more murals from New York City…
