French duo Ella & Pitr recently dropped a series of new pieces on the streets of Montlucon, a city in central France on the Cher river.
With Indian ink, paper, glue and a ladder Ella and Pitr create their own contemporary vision of humanity. As usual with their surreal work we can discover the ordinary people (the old, the tired, the sad) facing our dark world…
“We look for old and beautiful walls or places with an interesting history to paste our characters, animals or other drawings to create a story. Sometimes this works well, sometimes it’s cleaned very fast.” — Ella & Pitr
