David Flores who is known for his stained glass-style portraits and embellishing other painters’ work has hit the streets of Austin, Texas.
The American artist just completed this large-scale portrait of Edouard Louis Joseph, Baron Merckx, better known as Eddy Merckx, a former Belgian professional road bicycle racer considered to be the greatest pro-cyclist ever.
