Gaia is currently in Canada where he just completed these new murals with Do-Art Foundation.
The first piece is entitled Industrial Sunset on Notre dame avenue in the st Henri neighborhood of Montreal. Two mercury portraits, one with a contractors helmet, looking towards the future and other to the past. Flanked by a projected landscape of the Robin Hood Mill, one of the last functioning production sites along the Lachine canal.
The second depicts the three stages of the Redpath Sugar Refinery from its original state, to abandoned and finally converted into condominiums. The piece is located right along the Lachine canal in Montreal.
