After a collaboration with Tupac in Lamas (covered), El Decertor is now in Pisco, Peru for the Afuera Project.
Talking about the housing situation in Pisco, the Peruvian artist painted this beautiful mural of a man building a new structure. The background is composed by various abstract elements and is combined with the Paraca (really strong winds common in the region of Pisco).
