After his recent wall in Belgium, Phlegm spent the last few days in Wales where he worked on this new piece for the Empty Walls Street Art Festival 2013.
The globe-trotting British street artist painted this massive Welsh Dragon which can be found on City Road in Roath, Cardiff.
