Phlegm “Water Tower” New Street Piece – Lexington, USA

After a large piece for PRHBTN earlier this month (covered), Phlegm also had the opportunity to paint this Water tower in Lexington, USA.
On the ground Phlegm had grand ideas of what to paint up there. After a 140ft climb without ropes up a rusty ladder, he stood on an icy walkway in the wind and then decided to paint this telescope instead.
