Bordalo II creates “Big Racoon”, a stunning street installation in Belem, Portugal

Our friend Bordalo II is currently in Belem, the southwesternmost civil parish of the municipality of Lisbon where he just finished working on an impressive installation Centro Cultural de Belém.

Our friend Bordalo II is currently in Belem, the south-westernmost civil parish of the municipality of Lisbon where he just finished working on an impressive installation Centro Cultural de Belém.
Part of his current solo exhibition “Pânico, Drama, Terror” at Arte Periférica, the Portuguese artist spent a few days to build this mind-boggling installation which is comprised of various trash, metal and found materials. Entitled “Big Raccoon”, this is probably our favorite piece from Bordalo II to date.
