Ludo recently created some new works in New York on top of working on some original artworks and a brand new hand finished print edition with NYC Editions.
First he painted one of his mechanical insect piece on a shutter of the Castor gallery where the prints will be released, and yesterday he worked on this massive 6 storey piece on another location arranged through LoMan Art Fest & L.I.S.A. Project. Also showing a hybrid between an insect and a man made killing machine, this is one of the largest pieces we’ve seen from the artist. With a turbine like body, machine guns for legs and a pilot helmet on it’s top, this neon green winged creature is a classic example of Ludo’s signature style.
Check out some process images after the jump, and stay tuned for more art news from NYC coming very soon.
