Under the motto “The City that does not exist” the CityLeaks Urban Art Festival is going into its third round this year, from 1st to 20th of September. There are almost thirty artists involved on a busy outdoor/indoor program and we start our reporting with a brand new piece entitled “Io que te afferra” (I grab you) by the always excellent JAZ, invited by the Staff to paint on the streets of Cologne, Germany, in the Mulheim District. The Argentinean artist brought to life this stunning mural showing some of his signature imagery, a giant minotaur with an eagle on his back.
