Polish street artist Monstfur just sent over a series of high-res images from his latest artwork which is entitled “Our Rust” which was painted on the streets of Czestochowa in Poland.
With this large stencil, Monstfur wanted to create a concrete slab “monument” paying a tribute to the fallen industry of his city. The remains of the industrial era in this region are an important architectural part of the city’s Urban planning. The mural is also a form of experiment involving an imitation of brush strokes created using stencils. According to the artist, the project was fully funded by himself and friends.
