Bicicleta Sem Freio aka Douglas de Castro and Renato Perreira are recognized worldwide for their sexy ladies, expressive line work and warm, vibrant color schemes.
Bicicleta’s style draws references from their roots in music, Brazilian culture, their love for 80s and pop iconography, have been emerging on large-scale public installations all over the world, including recently on a mythical Oscar Nemeyer building in Brazil or on Venice Beach for UFC fighter Ronda Rousey.
“Red” is an edition of 35, twelve-layer screenprint on Hanhnemuhle 300gr paper, it measures 50 x 70 cm and comes signed and numbered by the Brazilian duo.
