Day 10 of Better Out Than In is upon us and Banksy just unveiled this new piece somewhere in East New York.
The elusive British artist dropped this tiny stencil of a beaver attacking and taking down a “No parking sign”. We are now waiting for the rats!

Update 1 (12.30PM NYC) : Piece is located On 272-290 Bradford Street – East New York (Extra picture added after the break)
Update 2 (4PM NYC) : A group of people are charging money to look at Banksy’s piece.
Update 3 (10AM NYC Oct. 11) : Piece is now damaged (picture after the jump)
