POSE recently stopped by the city of Chicago in USA where he was invited to paint a new piece by the WATAAHWALL project.
This piece was painted in support of the First Lady’s Partnership for a Healthier Americas Drink Up initiative to encourage kids to drink more water more often.
Taking Back the Streets’ traveling art campaign was created by renowned artist Pose. The legendary Chicago based artist worked side by side with five art students chosen by the University of Chicago’s Arts Incubator Design Apprenticeship Program (DAP) to create the city’s mural. The artwork represents a celebration of water done in Pose’s iconic bright colors and layered graphic style. Unveiled today, the #WATAAHWALL can be viewed at 175 N. Racine Ave (corner of W Lake St.) Chicago, IL.
