SAN Projects team recently completed this fence installation located at Umm Suqeim Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The installation is made up of meters and meters of ribbon to form the letters and the slogan. The message encourages people to stay at their homes to combat the spread of COVID-19.
This public art installation was designed and conceived by Rom Levy. The artist designed it with ribbons as to represent the unity of people getting together to change the outcome of the situation. The blue color was chosen as the color of the spirit, it invokes rest and can naturally cause the body to produce chemicals that are calming and exude feelings of tranquility.
The movement, #StayHome, was created to help communicate the importance of flattening the curve.
This project was commissioned by Brand Dubai & Dubai Police.
