Last night in Los Angeles, SAN attended the opening of Kofie‘s new show “Working An Angle” at Known Gallery.
The attendees were in for a real treat discovering 40 recents works from Kofie, including screenprints, collage on wood, paintings on canvas and wood and half a dozen larger works.
As usual with the LA-based artist, he delivers his amazingly clean line work with his signature geometric forms. Kofie’s unique understanding of placement and line work results in a style of meticulous rendering that never seems cold or sterile due to the delicate sense of balance maintained within each of his drafted creation.
If you stop by Los Angeles, the show runs until June 9th at Known Gallery – 441 North Fairfax Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90036.
