Brooklyn based street artist Dain is back with a new gallery show to inaugurate Folioleaf’s new Dumbo gallery space.
The show will offer at least twelve original paintings and one (possibly two) new print editions of fifty for sale.
The first print entitled “Streets of Soho” is already available for purchase on Folioleaf’s website at a cost of $300.  Each print is a two color screen print which was then hand finished with spray paint by Dain, making each print unique (there is a significant change in the color palette and finishing techniques throughout the edition…).

The original paintings reflect Dain’s trademark style of combining images of classical beauties with modern street collage techniques.  Each piece is one of a kind and depending on size will most likely be priced between $7,000 and $10,000.
