The 19 story, ‘The Silent Watcher’ spans an epic 11,000 square feet prominently set in West Philadelphia. USA.

It also pays homage to Noam Chomsky who was born in Philadelphia with his quote ‘Optimism is a strategy for a Better Future.’
The mural serves as a reminder of the City Seal of Philadelphia which calls out for the Endurance of Brotherly Love.
