The above Banksy‘s piece in Fitzroy, Australia been destroyed over night in a “Direct Attack” says the owner of the building adorned with the pieces.
A vandal tagged the wall of a heritage-listed Gore St building on Tuesday night, covering the famous artist’s acclaimed stencils.
The owner said he tried to clean the wall off but the stencils were damaged. The next night the vandals came back and spray-painted the windows of his home.
Created in 2003, these were the last remaining pieces in Fitzroy, such a shame…
