A few hours ago, American artist Kaws opened his new solo show in Hong Kong at Gallery Emmanuel Perrotin.
After his “Passing Through” exhibition in Hong Kong back in 2010, where he unveiled his sitting Companion installation, KAWS is back for this new solo show entitled “The Nature of Need”.
For this new show, KAWS is returning to his colourful and geometric designs that showcase his ability to create his iconic “pop art”.
Perrotin’s huge space was divided into two rooms with the first one featuring an amazing series of vertical canvases while the second one was a mix of his other works with Tondos, a brilliant Running Chum and more..
If you stop by Hong-Kong, make sure to check it out in person, “The Nature Of Need” runs until June 30th at 50 Connaught Road Central, 17Th Floor.
