While we last heard from him a year ago just before London’s Olympics (covered), Banksy is back with this freshly finished stencil. In pure Banksy’s style, this is a one layer block depicting a young vandal throwing up flowers.
The piece was unveiled with text announcing a new show entitled “Better Out Than In” October 2013.
Location is not 100% confirmed but we’ve heard this is probably in Los Angeles so check back with us soon for more updates.
Update October 1st: Piece is now believed to be located in New York City.
