Last Friday in Malaysia, Ernest Zacharevic opened his newest solo show entitled “Art Is Rubbish Is Art”.
The young and talented Lithuanian artist worked for several weeks on a new body of artworks, installations and a series of outdoor and indoor murals.
As usual with his mural works, Zacharevic is inviting people to interact with his work by taking pictures of their experience. The concept is as simple as can be but is nevertheless fascinating because everyone has their own vision and interactions.
On top of that, Zacharevic had a satellite show held at the fabulous Eastern & Oriental Hotel which showcased exclusive oil paintings of Penang, sketches and offset prints.
