After appearing in Perth, Australia last month (covered), Phlegm is now in New Zealand where he just wrapped up this massive new piece on the streets of Dunedin.
The Sheffield-based globe trotting street artist brought some of his magic imagery to Dunedin with this giant monster-fish which is swallowing a bunch of smaller boats.
