Our friend SeaCreative just completed his latest piece for the Restart project which took place on the streets of Imola in Italy.
According to the Italian street artist, the artwork can be interpreted in various ways. The main key to interpretation is that fantasy sets you free, a person is definitely not restrained whilst dreaming. We still own our dreams, which represent and gives us hope for a better future.
