“Despair Ends” by Banksy in Marble Arch, London

The one and only Banksy has just returned to London where a new piece ( yet unconfirmed ) was just spotted in Marble Arch.

Painted with his usual ultra-detailed stencils, the anonymous British brought to life this great new piece which reads “From This Moment Despair Ends And Tactics Begin”. This work will be covered by Plexiglass to protect it.
