After staying under the radar for a few months, David Choe just surfaced again in Hawaii.
The American painter just completed this sweet new mural featuring his signature dirty style imagery including a mutant ninja turtle, a bird dressed girl, a sumo and a giant mermaid sporting an octopus on her head.
