Tonight, SAN attended the opening of Miss Van “Twinkles” Solo Show, after a successful stop in Shanghai, the show is opening in Paris with quite a few new pieces added since the Chinese stop.
Miss Van is one of the most well known and celebrated female street artist and tonight the attendees were in for a real treat with the presentation of her new works featuring her famous “Poupees”(Dolls).
Miss Van recently switched in her new paintings to a darker palette of colors which is quite unusual since we are all used and love her bright pieces!
However the many new pieces added since Shanghai are much brighter.
The amazing paintings celebrates the feminine strength which is always a recurrent theme in Miss Van’s work.
A small print “The Bunny Lover” was also available for purchase at the gallery, an edition of 60 comes framed and priced €180.
The show runs until 30th April at Magda Danysz Gallery
