Today we get our filthy hands on the first limited edition book by ROA!
“ROA: An Introduction To Animal Representation” is printed by Mammal Press and limited to a single run of 500.
Our copy came signed but it’s unclear at this time if all of them will be.
The book itself looks like a small handmade traveler’s diary that could very well belong to ROA himself, it’s beautifully crafted and sure doesn’t look like any other kind of book we’ve seen before.
The content of the book features sketches, photographs and different kinds of very nice goodies such as illustrated elements of a bird’s anatomy.
Two screen prints are also included in the book.
We can feel ROA’s put his heart into this to bring a hybrid project halfway between art and book
Retail price should be €160, no release date has been announced so keep your eyes peeled on Mammal Press’ website to get yours.
