Another juicy release from the gang at Gestalten, “Walls And Frames” delivers a double page spread (or two) from many of the leading artists in the Street Art genre throughout its beautiful 270 pages.
You will be familiar with many but you will also find a great selection of unknown heads to keep things fresh. In particular this book contrates on studio and gallery work rather than pieces on the street so dont expect any urban landscape shots.
Each artist has a small biography describing there diverse origins and pathways into what we now describe as ‘urban art’ which we often found enlightening.
In all a great book for discovering new artists whilst enjoying great images from the artists we know. Another step towards the acceptance of street art within the ranks of ‘Fine Art’ which we have yet to discover its positive and negative affects on this recently exposed breed of artist.

“Walls And Frames” is a beautiful Christmas present for any art lover and it’s available here for €38.00 / $60.00 / £35.00
