Adnate creates a new piece for The Bushwick Collective in New York City

Melbourne Australia based painter Adnate stopped by the Bushwick Collective last week to contribute one of his signature portraits. Adnate was in NYC on a stopover before heading down to Miami for Art Basel along with what seems like the rest of the art world.

Melbourne Australia based painter Adnate stopped by the Bushwick Collective last week to contribute one of his signature portraits. Adnate was in NYC on a stopover before heading down to Miami for Art Basel along with what seems like the rest of the art world.
This was my first time seeing his work in person and I was pretty impressed with the vibrant colors and realistic style.  Integrating his mural with the rest of the wall; he didn’t simply square off the background.  He seemed to consider how the background blended with the surrounding graffiti.
