“Unchain” by M-City in Poland

This mural, belonging to M-City’s “Titan Works” series and it is obviously inspired by traditional cut-outs from the city of Łowicz in Poland.

Divided by architecture into two groups, the piece shows one-symmetrical reflection picture of a simple folk story about blacksmiths working with horse. The protagonists – Titans, are the symbol of changes, especially changes comes with work and labor (in wide range of sense).

Inner game with symmetry gives a different possibilities to read the direction and meaning of this work. Simple looking cut-outs give multiple variation of senses.

As usual its another stunning mechanical wall by the Polish artist and it surely will be enjoyed by the local residents for the months and years to come.
