PASTEL-001

Pastel has reached the shores of Norway where he just finished working on a large new piece somewhere on the streets of Oslo.

The piece is based on the Tøyen Botanical Garden placed which is located close to the wall. The garden contains flora from all over the world, from different regions and climates that adapted to survive within this realm.
Next to the wall is Nelu, a 54 year old immigrant. He came from Romania many years ago as a refugee and he now stand every day at the entrance of the Tøyen metro station in Oslo. Pastel and Nelu both spent more time every within that area than in their homes. The story reflects the same conditions as the immigrant plants that can be found in the Tøyen Botanical Garden.
